How protective are InRipples phone cases?

The Tough and Tough MagSafe cases offer superior protection with dual-layer designs, combining a hard-shell exterior with a soft silicone interior for excellent shock absorption. Raised bezels protect the screen and camera.

The Slim Case provides lightweight, minimalist protection, perfect for those who prefer a slim profile.

Is the camera well protected by your case?

Yes! All cases feature elevated bezels around the camera to prevent it from touching surfaces when laid flat. This ensures added protection for your camera lens.

Will the custom design or my name fade?

Never.We use advanced Korean heat-transfer technology that embeds the designintothe material, not just on top of it. We are so confident in our quality that we offer a 12-Month No-Fade Guarantee. If it fades (which it won't), we replace it for free.

Where are your phone cases made?

Our designs are inspired by the latest trends, and we utilize top-tier printing technology from Korea. We partner with specialized ethical manufacturers to ensure every custom order meets our strict quality standards before it ships directly to your door.

How can I contact customer support?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every case is custom-printed just for you, we start preparing your order shortly after it's placed.

  • Within 48 hours: Yes! If you need to fix a typo, change the model, or cancel, email us immediately.
  • After 48 hours: Your order is likely already in production (making its way to becoming yours!), so we generally cannot accept changes or cancellations.

What if I received the wrong or damaged product?

While we triple-check everything, mistakes can happen. If your case arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong size/print, please email us a photo of the issue.We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately—completely free of charge. No need to return the damaged one!

Shipping and Tracking

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. If you are somewhere else and want InRipples, shoot us an email, and we’ll see what we can do!

How long does shipping take?

Since every case is custom-printed just for you, please allow:

2-4 business days (to print and quality check your unique design).

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: FREE (on orders over $20).

Express Shipping: If you need it ASAP, we offer upgrade options at checkout (rates calculated based on your location).

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Just click it to see where your package is!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at cs@inripples.com immediately to correct it. If already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier to request an address change or redirection (if available). Always double-check your address before placing an order.

What if my order gets lost in transit?

Don't worry, we’ve got your back. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or if the carrier confirms it's lost, just email us. We will send a free replacement right away.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

This happens sometimes! Please try these steps first:

  1. Check around your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors (sometimes carriers leave it in a "hidden" spot).
  2. Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers scan it as "Delivered" a day early.
  3. Still nothing? Email us at cs@inripples.com, and we’ll help you investigate or sort out a replacement!

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel or change my Custom Case order?

Because every case is custom-printed just for you, we start preparing your order shortly after it's placed.

  • Within 48 Hours: Yes! If you need to fix a typo, change the phone model, or cancel, please email cs@inripples.com immediately.
  • After 48 Hours: Your order has likely entered production. Since our cases are made-to-order, we generally cannot accept modifications or cancellations once this window has passed.

Do you offer returns?

Custom Cases (With Name/Initials):Since these are printed uniquely for you, they are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

Standard Cases (No Personalization):Yes! Returns must be made within 14 days, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you want to exchange for a different size or model, let us know—we’ll help you with the steps.

What if I ordered the wrong size for my Custom Case?

While we cannot accept a return for a custom item (since we can't resell a case with your name on it!), we don't want to leave you hanging.Please email us atcs@inripples.com. We may offer you a special" Remake Fee " discount(e.g., 50% off) to help you get the correct size without paying full price again.

My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. What do I do?

If you received a damaged item or if we sent the wrong design/model, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Attach a photo of the issue.
  • We will send you a FREE Replacement immediately (Recommended).
  • Or, we can issue a Full Refund (including shipping).
  • No need to return the damaged item!

How do I initiate a return for a Standard Case?

Just shoot an email to cs@inripples.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you the return address and instructions.Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved (or your return is received), we process it immediately. It typically takes your bank or credit card company 5-7 business days to reflect the funds back in your account.
