We know how exciting it is to receive your new case, especially if you've ordered your case for a specific occasion, we’ll do our best to make sure you receive your order ASAP! Here are some typical questions and answers to help you out.

 

How long does processing take?

We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 2-3 business days to process the order before it's shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process. 

 

Shipping rates and estimated shipping times:

Standard Shipping: 

The shipping rate is $1.99 under $20, free shipping over $20

US & EU - Allow 8-15 business days

AU, CA & All other international locations - Allow10-15 business days

 

Expedited Shipping:

The shipping rate is $5.99

US, UK, FR, GB, IT, ES - Allow 3-8 business days

All other international locations are currently not available

We are currently shipping to the following countries and regions:

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped due to the customized work involved.

Once you have received this email, please allow 1-2 days for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

 

Can I change the destination country of my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email within 48 hours after placing the order.

We can help right up until the parcel is shipped. Please send an email to our email address with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address. 

 

How about tax?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

 

These charges must be paid for by the recipient. inRipples has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.

 

Please note:

If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you with a perfect gift.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
