Exchanges & Refund
Thanks for shopping with InRipples! Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Email us at cs@inripples.com within 48 hours of placing your order — we're happy to help. After 48 hours, your case has likely entered production and changes may not be possible.
2. Returns & Exchanges
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom Cases: As every custom case is made just for you, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind. That said, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, we've got you covered — choose between a full refund or a free replacement shipped right away, within 14 days.
- Standard Cases: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please note: slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.
To start a return, email us at cs@inripples.com with a photo. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return or confirm your issue.
The funds will automatically return to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).
