Warranty and returns:

We appreciate you around the globe for purchasing with us! At inRipples, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issues with your order!


Style and size exchanges:


Once the products are put into production, no modification can be made.

If you have a modification request, please contact us within 48 hours after placing your order.

we will not process any modification request over 48 hours of your order being placed.


inRipples responsibility:

Receive a damaged product:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

*Refund: We will refund in full, not including the shipping fee.

*Remake: We will free remake a new one for you. [Recommended Solution]


Wrong items from warehouse:

Please contact us at within 48 hours and attach the pictures and information of the product, our customer service staff will be happy to help you.

You can choose one of the following solutions:

Return and redo: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping costs. And we will remake your order.

Return and refund: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping cost. After you send the package, we will refund 100%.


Customer's responsibility:

Incorrect order(size/style of items):

If the customer has ordered an incorrect phone model or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unwanted item:

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 7 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
