We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your new case. However, we know that sometimes things happen. Here is how we handle returns and exchanges.
1. Modifications & Cancellations (The 48-Hour Rule)
Changed your mind? Need to fix a typo?

Within 48 Hours: Please email us at cs@inripples.com immediately. We can modify or cancel your order for free.

After 48 Hours: Your order has likely entered production. Since our cases are custom-made, we generally cannot accept changes or cancellations after this window.
2. InRipples’ Responsibility (Our Fault)
If we messed up, we’ll make it right. Immediately.
Situations covered:

Item arrived damaged or defective.

We sent the wrong style or phone model.

Package lost in transit.
Solutions (Choose one):

Free Remake (Best Option): We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged one!

Full Refund: We will refund 100% of your money.
Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.
3. Customer’s Responsibility (Wrong Model / Change of Mind)
For Standard Cases (Non-Customized):
Ordered the wrong model or just didn't vibe with it? No problem!

You can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For Custom Cases (With Name/Initials):
Since these are uniquely printed for you, we generally do not accept returns if you simply ordered the wrong size or changed your mind.

However, we know mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong model for your custom case, please email us. We may offer a "Remake Fee" discount (e.g., 50% off) to help you get the right one without paying full price again.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return or confirm your issue.

The funds will automatically return to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).
